What's in the box and what software is included?
Hardware:
VisTrak systems include the VisTrak camera and a 30 ft long active USB cable with power supply.
Lighting options: 65 watt LED spot light with remote control and power cable plus ceiling mount hardware
or 4 IR LED illuminator lamps.
Software
VisTrak includes the GSA Golf Control Panel with the VisTrak video playback panel,
E6 Connect 18 hole course plus driving range
* Note that the free E6 Connect 18 hole course and driving range is a max 1 year trial only
VisTrak Driving Range,
plus 1 18 hole GSA Golf (RedChain) game software package.
All software is only available as a download from this web site.
Additional courses can be added. See the Software page for more details.

No
There are no maintenance fees, no subscriptions and all software updates from GSA Golf software is completely free of charge for life.

If you you use your credit card to purchase an item and then later cancel the purchase, a 3% credit card refund fee will be charged.

Can I return the product for a refund if I'm not satisfied ?
Unfortunately GSA Golf is (presently at least) only a small company (i.e. we're not Amazon.com) and so can't offer any refunds

GSA Golf camera systems are not plug'n'play
GSA Golf camera systems have to be setup and that this setup procedure
- depending on your technical abilities - may take some time to complete.
There is a learning curve involved in getting to know how to operate the system
and for users with limited technical abilities, this procedure will take time.

VisTrak Quantum F IR
The VisTrak Quantum F IR combines the VisTrak IR club and ball tracking system
with the floor mounted LX HiRes ball spin and launch angle camera system for optimal data accuracy
The HiRes LX uses dual triggered hi-resolution cameras to measure ball launch angle and ball spin.
This system is used as an add-on to the VisTrak Eagle and is triggered by the VisTrak Eagle.
The Ceiling mounted VisTrak IR captures club and ball data with video playback for both left and right handed players

VisTrak Quantum FB IR
For those that don't want a launch monitor close to the ball and that it should function for for left and right handed players,
adding the VisTrak Vcam B to the VisTrak Eagle is the ideal solution.
The combination of the two units is called the QuantumFB : the F standing for floor mounted and the B for Back wall mounted.
Quantum FB software will be available along with the Quantum F software in October.
