Please note!

the max carpeting width we can supply is 15ft, so carpeting for enclosures that are wider than this

will be supplied with carpet add-on parts so there will be adjoining seams

1. 14 x 10ft length EMT 1 inch diameter screen frame tubing with all fittings

The 1inch diameter conduit steel required to build the frame is supplied by Home Depot.

If you do not have a local Home Depot store near you then they will not offer shipping.

In this case you will have to make arrangements to pick up the order yourself.

Note! the EMT conduit piping comes only in 10ft lengths

It will have to be cut down to size to match your screen size by the purchaser.

Note: The wood trim is supplied by Home Depot.

If you do not have a local Home Depot store near you then they will not offer shipping.

In this case you will have to make arrangements to pick up the order yourself.

Just wanted to let you know I received the drapes and curtain tracks from the order below.

I have mounted them and they work GREAT! They far exceed my expectations and are fantastic.

They are long enough and heavy enough that I neither have to use weights at the bottom, nor any other reinforcement at the sides.

Nothing gets past them. I have cars parked adjacent to the curtains on both sides and there is no need to further protect the cars -

the curtains provide all the protection needed.

How to mount the screen bumper rolls

Method 1

Pierce 2 holes close to each other in the center of the material.

For the screen sides left and right, pierce the holes vertically. i.e. one lower and one higher in line with each other

For the screen bottom and top, pierce the holes horizontally. i.e. one next to the other in line with each other

Thread a black cable tie through the hole and tie to the screen bungee cords from behind.

Repeat the procedure every foot or so for each side of the screen

Method 2

An alternative is to wrap the bumper carpet around the frame piping and secure it in place with the screen bungees as shown above

How to mount the ceiling drape

Ceiling drapes are made 2ft wider than your screen width to allow for sag adjustment and track covering.

To do this, first mount the tracks loosely to the ceiling using just two screws at both ends of a 5ft length of track..

Note that the drape tracks come in 5ft or smaller lengths so you will doing this in 2 stages if your ceiling drape is 10ft or more deep.

Fix the ceiling drape on one side (left or right) first with all screws tightened with the drape folded around the track as shown in the above image.

Then - starting at one end on the other side - pull the ceiling drape over to the desired amount of sag and fasten the track screw through the drape.

Do this for the next track screw until the entire ceiling drape is suspended with all track screws

Note that the track rails themselves are not available for export out of the US due to very high shipping costs.
